Welcome to the heavy horse gallery on my site. A subject I have recently taken more of an interest again having previously visited shows to see the turnouts when I was younger. The majority of shows i visit are in East Anglia but I hope to visit some others this season. I hope you enjoy looking at my photos and please contact me if you have any questions.

	22nd May 2009	Wisbech Heavy Horse Show 2008 Cambridgeshire (79 images) A selection of photos from the Wisbech Shire Horse Show held in October at the showground in Peterborough. Entered in the 'non-Shire' class was former Royal Show Supreme Champion Willingham Crystal competing in her last show.
	21st May 2009	Gransden Show Cambridgeshire Heavy Horses 2008 (60 images) The one day Gransden Show offers a lot for the equestrian classes. For the heavy horse classes the breeds are mixed. This year saw Percherons take most of the honours with Tom Henfrey and Gordon Bailey. The supreme champion was Gordon Bailey's Perchern mare Williangham Crystal.
	10th May 2009	Royal Norfolk Show Heavy Horse Turnout Pairs 2008 (104 images) Photos from the hevy horse pairs turnouts at the Royal Norfolk Show in 2008. Another high quality entry with all four major breeds being shown.
	10th May 2009	Royal Norfolk Show Heavy Horse Single Turnouts 2008 (148 images) Photos from the single heavy horse turnouts class at the Royal Norfolk Show in 2008.
	9th May 2009	Royal Norfolk Show Heavy Horse Turnout Teams 2008 (60 images) Photos from the heavy horse turnout team class at the 2008 Royal Norfolk Show. Just four teams entered but a high quality.
	9th May 2009	Royal Norfolk Show Heavy Horse In-hand Percheron 2008 (59 images) Photos from the In-hand Percheron classes at the Royal Norfolk Show in 2008. Also includes the breed Champion Willingham Crystal in the Supreme in-hand final on the second day.
